These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NATI Systems file cleanup and conversion service available at nati.systems.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files and data you upload.
The service lets you upload supported data files, preview the processed result, and pay to unlock the cleaned output.
Pricing is shown on the site. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Lemon Squeezy.
Delivery is considered complete when the processed file is successfully generated and made available for download.
Uploaded files and processed outputs may be stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Because this is a digital service with preview and instant delivery, refunds are limited to cases such as technical failure, duplicate payment, or clearly unusable output caused by our processing.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every uploaded file can be processed perfectly or that every output will fit every downstream workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATI Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
