FAQ
Do you support scanned PDFs?
No. NATI Clean & Convert only works with structured data files: CSV, TSV, JSON and JSONL. We don’t do OCR on scanned documents or images.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your files are used only to generate your Excel output and are automatically deleted after a short retention period (currently 72 hours). We don’t use your data for training or share it with third parties.
Will leading zeros be preserved?
Yes. Fields like ZIP/postal codes, SKUs and IDs are preserved as text, so leading zeros are not lost when you open the file in Excel or Google Sheets.
What if my file still has import issues after cleanup?
You only pay after seeing a free preview. If our processing does not produce a usable cleaned file, contact us with your Job ID and we’ll review the case, fix the issue if possible, or discuss a refund.
